Since he's been able to improve the goal-kicking of the players he has worked with, isn't it worthwhile considering employing him full time? I mean, even if it meant winning only an extra two or three games per year (like the Melbourne and Sydney games), surely he'd be worth it.
The field kicking thing is interesting, too. Put him together with Colyer and get the guy sorted out.
