Berdych in 4. Just think that Nadal's 2 5 setters in a row will count against him. But it will be tight.

Nadal's work ethic is impressive. Of course he lucked into a break when Youzhny's back prevented him wrapping up a 3 setter in the 4th round but the trick is to make the best of whatever luck comes your way.
Obviously Djokovic has more basic ability and flair but it should be the match of the tournament in the semi.
