pretty excited to see the teams for this week. Got a bit of a hint that we might see Mullett, Clarke and Tippett in the extended 22.

Would be very happy to see all 3 in our team for round 1.

Especially Tippo in to help Taz and Thompson

But I Reckon Scott's comments in presser this morning mean that they're heavily considering Majak over Brown. As for Dal Santo I think he'll be in the team despite my opinion of him

Are you referring to the tweet on the NMFC twitter where he didn't even mention Brown? I wouldn't be surprised if they think they can play Maj straight off the bench without having to drop Brown & ruin the forward mix. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

There is no 'extended 22' because we play on a Saturday which means we have to name our exact team with emergencies. If we were playing on a Sunday that's where teams have to name an extended bench.

you can have an extended 22 for saturday. The teams aren't finaliased until saturday night.

This thread would be 80% shorter if we could all realise that Brown plays ahead of Daw, Gibson will always (rightly) get a game and Petrie isn't going back at 33 years old and when he hasn't trained there all pre-season.

At this stage i'd be happy to see Clarke and Mullet as emergencies. Meaning they are next in and anything more is a bonus.

Wasn't a totally flawless best 22 but Hansen couldn't shut down or run against any of the talls. At the moment he is awful one and one

Would rather a quicker back line and more offensive rather than a sluggish one, Especially against the crows forward line which troubles us every time
