If you watch Bevan play often enough, Bevan plays the pull shot quite well

You need your eyes checked. Sure he can play the pull-shot against medium pacers, but he has little idea against the quicks.

Who doesn't have problem pulling someone bowling at 145 kph? Maybe Ponting won't, but any other batsmen would.

You don't get it do you! All the current Aussies (unlike Bevan) can either play the pull/hook shot or avoid getting out most times to the short ball against genuine pace.

You don't see one Indian with genuine pace, Hayden and Gilly are merely pulling medium pacers as well.
