Rockford isn’t SDK that premium ruck?

On Zorko I very much doubt he plays 3, and 2 depends on form.

It’s tough Zorko is AA why do you replace that with Coleman?

Don't know about premium. He'll ruck and get R status though (hopefully).

I don't know if they can replace Zorko at HB, my take is that when Coleman is back he's too good to leave out of the best 22 and he doesn't have the versatility that Zorko has in other roles. Zorko is 36 years old too, it's not a stretch to think he could slow down or end up with an injury.

I've been saying he'd be a great sub for about 2 years but he keeps overperforming my expectations. Doesn't seem to have slowed down over the off season.

Either way Coleman's probably not back playing until at least round 5 apparently. Looks like it's a very slow recovery

Yeah, I've read that since too. When we were discussing trading Zorko it looked as though Coleman would be right to go for Round 1, before the swelling response happened. Good likelihood Zorko plays out the season at HB and delivers the stats Jordie_tackles wants and wins the Flag. That (along with the other top ups that have happened) is why I don't think I'm favourite this season. I just didn't want to run the risk of getting Zorko and then seeing him either shifted or with less TOG.

My prediction is that we will struggle for a full line-up at times and there will be quite a few list changes to come in the next couple of years as many of the newbies are raw and speculative at best.. no predicted best 22 named as too depressing.. looking forward to a top 3 draft pick next year though

Raiders off-season review isn't as drastic as that, but I think you've positioned your squad well to start the re-build. Another season holding onto those guys and you'd have ended up with a worse draft hand and a season less of development in the guys you're aiming to have producing for you in future seasons.

Picks situation is all over the shop with a lot of my picks moving with players to facilitate trades. Ultimately, I'm probably in an okay spot with an improved first rounder next season (I hope) and having lost all my other future picks of any value.

I'm hopeful of a top 4 finish, wouldn't put as much pressure on my list as some are with predicting I'm favourite to win it. I think a few managers have topped up really well, a couple of them specifically to target the vulnerabilities I've got statistically and set themselves up as Raider killers. I'll need some luck and a healthy squad to make another GF, same as any of us.

I think my defence is worse, I think overall it is probably slightly improved. But it's not just a question of whether my team has improved, it is whether it has improved relative to the rest of the competition. And, I'd say relative to you, Zim, and Northern Dogs my team is worse than last year.

Draft shouldn't still be live. What are we doing with Free Agents ahead of the season? Used to be that you could use one a round and before the season counted towards Rd 1. Not sure if we've discussed it as this platform gives you free reign (and looks like we won't be able to set a limit without paying, so needs to be managed separately).
