Hardie is such a clean hitter of the ball. Probably doesn’t really have the ramps and reverse sweeps in his arsenal but he doesn’t seem to need them with how well he strikes it just playing conventionally.

I was so hard on him but it took me a while to realise he was the same age as Cam Green

Could hit the occasion ball for a massive 6 but that was it. Need more than that to do well at this level.

Reckon he is better in that regards than bison and green. Still young enough to improve at that side lf his game. Reckon he’ll become more and more like Mitch in the years to come and be an absolute unit wielding the bat

Hardie used more of a bowler in India and hardly got to bat but in the BBL he is more of a batsman that hardly bowls now
