Other than Tool and Muse, there really isn't anything that interests me on that list. I'll still be there, Tool and Muse are well worth the $120. You can probably put money on Trivium or Stone Sour being in the next list, personally I'd rather punch myself in the balls. I'd bitch and moan about the lack of real metal but the fact is that real metal would never work at BDO.

Just wondering for people that have kept track of previos BDOs. How long after the first announcement do they usually announce other bands? Is it usually before tickets go on sale or after?

2nd announcement is usually a month after the first.

I was thinking today maybe the Flaming Lips could be in the 2nd round

Theyve been a big hit at big day out before and havent been here with their new record.

I havent heard rumours or anything...just a thought

Muse, The Killers and the Flaming Lips would be too much for me in one day

Add TOOL and that would be impressive. Flaming Lips, Muse and Dandy Warhols made the 2004 BDO IIRC, and Tool were a late withdrawal, unless Im confusing 2 years together.
