In 2009 BigFooty will begin a competition which will become an annual event.

Each BigFooty Club Board will provide a Dream Team League and a Supercoach League and both will compete for perpetual trophies.

The winners of these competitions will receive a generous monetary reward towards a Player Sponsorship for the following season.

The Saints aren't the only club board with their own teams this season. Having leagues this year does put us in good stead for a good performance next year. This is because the guys we have in our leagues this year will learn a lot from the hit out. Also we (as a club board selection committee) will be confident of their performance and their committment to the effort for the entire season.

The players in the BigFooty St Kilda DT and SC Leagues aren't the only St Kilda supporters in BigFooty leagues - I have notice a few others in the BigFooty Leagues on the Dream Team and Supercoach Boards. I'm sure there are other good coaches out there who would love to get together with a great bunch of fellow club supporters and work as a team to win a valuable prize. We have some very talented DT'ers (and Supercoaches).
