Style ) 'list management' determine if the 'Cubs can play', put development time into the young players , see if they can play some other positions, get the 'surgery ' needed for older players....,

Vlastuin, McIntosh, Deledio or Martin... but they are all actually better as flankers and wingers at least in Dimma's mind.

I actually think an interesting one to get would Kruezer. He loves the physical side of the game and can run all day. Just the injuries.
