I wonder what other teams beside carlton think about him???

In my opinion he is the shittest special comments guy.. For example:

Quaters Commentating: Judd picks up the ball and handballs it to Stevens who in turn...
Robert Walls: Judd has just handballed it to Stevens

NAH NO SHIT!!!! FRIKN SHITTEST SPECIAL COMMENTS!!!!!
 
can't stand that he clearly hates the bombers but i'd take him doing special comments over the ox any day.
 
The Ox may be as clever as one but at least he's not an arrogant prick who thinks he is a football God.

I'm pretty sure I know what Quarters is doing with his free hand when commentating with Walls. If he didn't need his mouth free for the calling, I'm pretty sure where that would be too.

Blighty is sometimes on another planet, or at least on something , but he is mostly harmless , whereas Walls is simply a total tool, Pretty unfair to mention Tim Lane in same context as Walls- only thing in common between them is being Carlton supporters , but Tim does a pretty good job of keeping bias in check and is generally a very intelligent commentator on footy as on a range of sports.Walls on the other hand appears to wear his old Carlton jumper into the box( and the Fitzroy/ brisbane to a lesser extent)
I think WCE fans aren't great lovers of Walls either.

to be honest though with the way hille is playing anyone who knows footy would be loving hille at the moment, there is not much more he can do. wills himself to every contest and puts his body on the line more then he needs to.

Personally i think Malcolm Blight is a genius. He took a fairly good team in Adelaide and won back to back flags and got the Cats to a few as well.St.Kilda made an awful mistake in letting him go. He may be a bit quirky but the man knows his stuff. Malcolm analysis the game from a different perspective from the rest of us and thats what makes him unique. that being said he is hard to listen to at times and gets you thinking "what the hell is he on about" but in the end he always seems to make sense.

Wallsy is nothing short of a sour man. In all fairness he is a good football brain but lets that sourness cloud his judgement and makes him say ridicules things and the most inappropriate time. As for special comments he has none, all he does pretty much is copy in a longer version what the commentary team is saying. Waste of time if you ask me. The reason he hates the Red & Black so much is more than just Sheedy, Walls was a mad Essendon supporter when he was young and i think he would rather bag them and hope they prove him wrong than be positive and watch them loose. It's hard watching your team loose, so he shuts them out completely hoping the pain doesn't come rushing back.

man. Loved hearing him say "i love the way Essendon play" It really means we are heading in the right direction.
