Puma's off-field gear is ...uninspired, design-wise. But their jumpers are comfy and they have implemented our now-excellent design very well.

Uninspired isn't really the worst thing for offfield gear. Beats the "inspired" crap that some clubs bring out.

The gear that Puma make for Sydney FC is better and is a larger range than West Coast's

Never knew they made the U/18 state comp jumpers too! Look how badly they butchered the WA yellow. Sacrilege! Good riddance.

Hopefully the new supplier gets a second take on that over-styled Bears clash.

Which leaves the original BLK iteration to become a massive whale! Of which there'll be a few this year

Dortmund are so overrated in every single facet. Their strips are consistently ugly. Their best stuff was in the mid-2000s when they basically wore Arsenal away shirts with Nike. The Puma stuff is really tacky, and so too is Pumas off-field gear in general. The Arsenal training wear is overdesigned and lacks any sort of subtle cool – which Umbro and Nike have in spades – but has no iconography like Adidas do. It's just all around shit. I've always thought the Eagles stuff is some of the shittest looking around: boring colours, naff designs, and the logos have always always been in totally different colours.

I do like Puma's Arsenal home strips though, the away ones are generally bad, but they've done well with us I think.

Some of their actual streetwear stuff is okay though. I'm all about Puma suedes. But like most sports stuff, the retro stuff you dig up on ebay or that's reappraised by UO is the best.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Tigers go with them because I can see the collar looking cool on all strips, and they generally try and restrain themselves as much as possible with their footy jumpers... but I can see them looking shit on Brissy.

May be a weird thing, but has anyone else considered Australian non-footy brands coming back in? Or cricket brands expanding into Aussie Rules? Kookaburra, Slazenger, Dunlop would all be interesting...

I'm sick of these start-ups coming and going. BLK and KooGa and however those two ended up being related, then ISC owning Fi-ta or whatever it was, and now some rat has quickly abandoned the BLK ship and started it all up again with Zoo.

Do these guys have anything to do with BLK?
They're Chinese and they have money.
One potential outcome is they buy BLK
Then remains to be seen whether they run the BLK name for a season or use their own
Nothing confirmed yet though

Someone hold me, I'm scared.

Seriously though, Clubs jumping off the BLK ship for other manufacturers would be the best scenario. Stuff BLK, Seeing that WA jumper a few posts up genuinely pissed me off. Sorry BLK, but you can **** right off now. Don't want to see a single piece of BLK manufactured goods again.

You hearing things from people or purely speculating?
No I don't speculate

Well... I do, but then I would declare that I am speculating.
In this case, I'm not
