you live near some of the best beaches in Australia Wolfie, not gonna get many more days like this one until spring, its a cracker make the most of it.. Only thing thats stopping me heading down the coast is coz its flat.. be nice fishing off the rocks though..
 
Good thought about going to beach, thought about heading to the movies, but "True Grit" had finished in Warrnambool. :(

My Arcane Rain Fell CD by Draconian as arrived in the mail. My favourite album of all-time Bezzy. I just wanted the physical copy. Been buying a shitload of CD's of late. Today's mail arrival has made my day even better. :)

Writing an assignment with an interview from a mythical butcher called Dick Pound. I see him calling the news sometimes on local tv and I always have a chuckle seeing his name, trying to brighten up the writing process however I can :)
 
There's a high ranking IOC official by the name of Dick Pound. When I was volunteering at the Sydney Olympics got to chat with him. I thought he was trolling when he told me his name, didn't believe him until I looked it up later. Nice bloke.

Anyone catch the footage of the NRL Footy Show on 360 tonight, when talking about campaigner? Honestly, the blokes on there were terrible, threatning to walk off the show for the show showing AFL footage. ****ing get over yourselves you w***ers... :thumbsd:
 
That was a ****ing disgrace, kudos to the other two though celebrating Karmichael's success. The other two are just pathetic extremists who give the NRL an extremely bad image. Absolute w***ers.

I like listening to one of them (forget his name) on Triple M on the drive to the station each morning, seems quite sensible, so was genuinely surprised at his reaction. Absolute disgrace.
 
Not a great shot of him though. He really doesn't do the typical boofhead-footballer-who-tries-to-look-tough-for-a-photo well.

Looks like they have a 3-4 year mourning period for games against us. In the case of an extra player on the field it becomes bigger news than a premiership.

Desperately need someone to build a bridge for them..
 
Just found out that one of my ancestors may have helped found the township of Benalla and was a pioneer when he came to Australia from Liverpool, England, many moons ago.

That's ****ing awesome. :)
