I'm getting into fitness now. Alternating bootcamp with pilates, running and core classes. I've got work and uni to manage now so I need any extra energy I can get.Boot camp is a little extreme to lose some weight, ain't it? Unless you're joining the army?![]()
And tbh, the way you're aching all over afterwards is so so satisfying.*
