for those of you who haven't yet figured it out i am a demons supporter... dah!
well anyway the point i am trying to make is that i am the one here who had to watch my team lose by 10 goals to essendon when it really mattered but you dont see me bagging their players or saying how shit they are, coz lets face it they are not.
you might think its luck or magic but deep down you all know that they were incredable in 2000 and while i dont think it will happen again in 2001 or ever for that matter (21-1), i do still think that we should leave them alone to be proud about what they have achieved.
i am convinced that if the same thing happened to your club you wouldn't appriciate some moron trying to tell you that you weren't as good as you think you were.
essendon did something that i doubt many clubs will ever do and bagging their players or their supporters is not going to take that away. they will always be proud of what they have achieved... and good on them.
my side was the loser on that day yet i still manage to be a fair competitor and congratulate them so all of you grow up and do the same coz nothing you do or say will take their pride away and thats just the way it is!
congratulation for a fantastic season... and dont you dare do it again! lol

We earnt all of our success, and we did it, despite being penalised way too much for going over the cap (the same offence as North committed). I'm still waiting for that cheating North Melbourne scum to get penalised. We get penalised which means we can't get criticized, Once you do the time, you are back at square one. North Melbourne havn't done the time, so you are the real cheaters.

At least in our history, we have earn't our success and we have got it "right"

Typical Rooboy idiocy. When someone criticizes his sorry club, he is so stupid, that he only has one response. Rooboy's response is :

"Yeah, but....... Uh...... um ......you're cheaters though......"

He hasn't got another response. That's all he can say, even though his own club (and about 10 others) did the same thing and didn't get penalised.

Like I said, if you've done the time, you can't realy be criticized, because we've copped a huge penalty, for our infringement, which puts us back at square one. The same can't be said for that cheating North scum, who were so incapable as a football club, that it took until 1993 for them to actually earn sonme success. Pathetic.

You all have to realise that every team is on scratch now. It is a new season and you may find that most (not every) team has built themselves up to Essendon's level.
We can all go on about who has the most money and who has the best players and coach but who cares. As long as Essendon is making Millions and North is doing as well and better in some seasons I don't give a shit
