If you have quote the rules correctly then a team must receive a warning for an incorrect title. If a club receives a second warning 1 premiership point will be deducted for each incorrect entry after that. If you can find two warnings in any Dragons match thread this year I will appologise and we will lose the 10 points.

Exactly right. The rules do state we need two warnings before points can be deducted and we haven't received any at all. Therefore, no penalty.

I'd like to know how this rule came about anyway because I cannot recall anywhere where this was discussed being brought in on the captain's board and I'm sure it was not in existence last season. This rule is also a prime example of why the submission rules for teams need to be simplified, I'm at a loss as to why teams need to be named with "Official Team Sheet" in the first place. It's pretty pointless from my point of view.

It was actually a rule in Season 14 (not sure if it was in before that) http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threads/sfa-rules-and-regulations.887461/

Interesting to note that you were obviously aware of it in some form (whether subconsciously or not) due to you putting the word 'official' in your team sheets in previous seasons. Anyway, my point being, boncer34 you suck.

beez sucks for attempting to derail every teams season in a bid to have an easy run to the premiership.

What's happening beez are you afraid of the big bad wolf.

The actual premise of my threads is not actually to have teams deducted premiership points, it's to uphold the standards and integrity of this great competition. Unfortunately, our glorious leader is too often indulged in his own personal pleasures which gets in the way of his duties as league administrator. I'm merely pointing out flaws that need to be rectified. If the #****youbeez moniker gets replaced with 'pettybeez' or something along those lines I will not be fussed, I will sleep well at night knowing my qualms have been heard.

I know you're only trying to uphold the integrity of the game beez. I'm just taking the piss because.

1. I can.
2. I'm bored
3. We lost to your side yesterday.
4. I'm ****ing hell bent on revenge, sooner rather than later.;)

You might not have been officially warned but even your own team mate brought it to your attention earlier in Season 15 and you chose to ignore it. ..

Teams by 9pm Friday, please tag loopy cam with official team submissions.

Ljp86 edit in "official team sheet" to keep some wolves at bay.

Well done Pie 4 Life and Silent Alarm

Don't need to as that's an unofficial rule as well as having to tag in loopy_cam. Captain's posting of the side is deemed to be the official team anyway unless stated.

Now that shouldn't mean you are penalised but you clearly chose to not bother checking the facts before snubbing the rule. ..

Since tagging has come in... it's a bit moot. loopy gets tagged... sees a VC or C posting and counts that as official until another higher ranking guy does so.

That's very true and is more effective than listing OFFICIAL TEAM SHEET on your submission, the rule should change to state tagging the simmer is required, but as the rule states :
2.1(i): When naming a side the Captains need to include the words "Official Team Sheet" in their post. Failure to do so will result in a warning being issued to the club. After 2 warnings have been issued a 1 point penalty will occur for every subsequent infringement.
These warnings/penalties should be enforced.

Committee Room, 2nd page "Rules", June 2011, Loopy suggested an addendum to contain "Official Team sheet" to help him nab the teams Oct 5, 2011, this was added after your rewrite on Nov 2 2011 when Boncer posted a "final version" to include 2.1(i), you then posted again Feb 10, 2012.

Whilst it's "excess" now with the addition of tagging, fact remains it was discussed, added and became law for this season.

Bottom line is we never received a warning so we can't be stripped of any points.
That's not the point. (icwutididthar) The point is whether the Dragons should be warned as the rule's yet to be enforced.

And it's only a warning, it's nothing major...

The thing is boncer34 rarely shows up for training so how is he expected to hand out warnings to teams.

And I thought that was an acronym but I see what you did there.

I'm 99% sure it was a rule for Season 14 too given the timing of the post and the fact that for the majority of the time "Official Team Sheet" was used by captains when posting teams. Unfortunately the rule was still breached on many occasions - something which should be looked at.

Hey Ljp86, have a read through the thread that StFly posted about, that stuff about reading the rules and ignorance....yeah :)

To be completely frank, Season 14 was an utter crock re the rules with how much was deleted, shifted, when and where, so it's hard to track when things were put in place, but likewise I can recall it being commonplace from my promotion halfway through last season, so given that, it would make sense that it was indeed a rule in Season 14 as well or in the very least one of those "assumed unwritten" rulings.
