This guy bleeds for the Collingwood jumper. Every time he plays for us he never leaves anything in the tank. He makes me proud to be a Collingwood supporter with his defensive efforts, unlike soft ***** like Josh Fraser.

Four goals is a good reward for him and I hope he stays in the side now. Hell, play him as a second ruck and he'd probably win more taps than Fraser.

Agree 100%. Played in the ressies on Saturday yet still gave his all today. We need alot more guys with massive heart and passion like Dick.

Yep, nothing to say bad about this guy. Anyone that tries as hard as he does (Ball, Swan, Daisy, Presti, Dick etc...) are champs.

Yep, Brad Dick is one of my favorite players. He loves playing football, he loves playing for Collingwood. You can be 100% certain he will give his all any time he steps over the white line, going to be a great player for us.

Even better effort when you take in he played 48 hrs before it in the VFL, pity L.Brown wasn't a late injury for Dawes reckon he would of straightened us up and scored a couple had he played could of been the difference.

He was injured until a couple of weeks ago and his VFL for in the past two weeks was good but not great. Dick seems to really love the big stage, though. Kicked a bag in the same game last year.

When he's fit, he'll be in the side. Was injury pre-season for a fair while sadly.

For a player to play most of a VFL game, then to come back and play like that today is almost unheard of in today's football.

What a ball's up on the part of the coaching staff to leave no emergency in reserve from the VFL game on Saturday, could have backfired badly.

Dicky's back, the real positive of today, now for Dawes return and stay in the team.

agree. dick to stay in dawes to come in for fraser or L.Brown. prob fraser and let jolly go solo with Lbrown pinch hitting. davis too move on the hff and spend a bit more time in the middle. medhurst dawes dick in the forward pockets and ff.

A really encouraging performance considering that he played in the VFL on Saturday as well. Got himself in a lot of good positions and hit the scoreboard as a small forward needs to do.

He'll get better with game time.

When Dicky got his goal in the last quarter, I called it before it even got to the contest, he was on fire, pity he didn't sit out the VFL game, as he would have been able to run out the game better.

In his fist contest he laid someone out, impressive for someone his size and 10 out of his 12 disposals were a part of scoring chains.
