yeh will defiantly do well against richmond but like fantasy freako said hes not the no 1 target so will he be consistent

or is it worth spending more and getting riewoldt

he's got a corked thigh, which has limited his training this week; but should play this week anyway. not sure if it'll effect his game though. i haven't actually watched any of the games in which he scored poorly, so can't judge on why he's scoring less...but by now, he's dropped in price so much, so not much you can do with it.

ive pretty much seeen every game of the dogs this year. hes playing more up the field but he doesnt look at home doing that. I have BJ and i hope this week with a scabby backline of the tigers he can play out of the goal square and kick a BAG;)

i recon scott welsh is a big reason for BJ's form drop.

After being the #1 target up forward for many years, he appears to be a little lost when pushing up the ground.

It seems that as long as he is not the #1 target in the forward line he will not rack up the big scores consistantly like has has before.

Fox Sports news said Brad Johnson has been struggling with injury throught pretty much the whole year so far. He is still injured but will play this week. So Brad Johnson's low scores are because of injury, not because he is out of form. In a way, this is good news.

Advice regarding him is wait until fully fit before jumping on Brad Johnson. I would think after Round 8-9 would be the best time to get on him. Playing Sydney in round 7 so will still be going down, or hover around a low price. Riewoldt, Brown and SJ are probably better picks at the moment.

Eade admitted captain Brad Johnson has been compromised by a hip injury in recent weeks which he suffered in Round One. This had resulted in affects to his groin and while he expects the veteran forward to play on Sunday, considers his fitness to be around the "80 to 90 per cent" mark.

"He certainly won't be 100 per cent, and I think you can see that in his performance in the last couple of weeks," Eade said after Johnson was restricted to walking laps during the training session.

Quoted from afl.com.au.

I am still keeping him regardless, he is such a gun and getting rid of him would be the most stupid thing possible.

Hopefully he can still score big with his injury :p.

Rumour is circulating (see Bulldogs board) that he may be rested. Just giving you all the heads up. Im very screwed if he doesnt play, it means mckinley/tippet will replace him as the emerg. FFS

You hit the nail on the head. Welsh along with Minson are attracting the ball quite a bit and that leaves Johno out of the picture which pisses me off because I have him.

eade said on 'on the couch' that he had a pretty bad corkie or something and that it may have held him back a bit. surely he will play

Hate To Say It But I Think Father Time Has Caught Up With This Gun! Traded Him Out For O'keefe, Johnno Just Too Inconsistent And Probably Won't Even Play Imo

well I'm not going to let my $70,000 disappear like that by trading BJ away.

Though if BJ isn't named this week I'll be angry and I'll have to trade out Hall for Riewoldt one week earlier than desired (that prevents me from having to rely on Tippett since Rioli is already filling in).

You are a ******, yes BJ i a star, he is playing with an injury so therefore he cannot play to his full capacity.

Why don't you come up with your own predicitons, your going down this week ;)
