He was the list manager at Freo. No previous head of football experience. The hire was fairly unobjectionable at the time but it has been crystal clear since 2021 that he isn’t up to it, yet here he still is with 7 rounds to go in 2025.

There’s plenty of good debate on this board about who is up to snuff and who isn’t but the one thing no one is debating is that this guy has been an abject failure and should be moved on ASAP.

Development of zero youth.
Development of below average youth that should've been jettisoned after year 2.

The leadership at any football club starts at the top, and unfortunately for us there is zero leadership and appointments of below average.

We are in trouble throughout the whole club and change is needed, but there doesn't seem to be any leader worth the hope of supporters.
