Lol the hit did not knock him out. The club will challenge this. The AFL’s ruling here is patheticNot when someone is KO'd.

He did nothing wrong. We simply must challenge this
Kruger would miss anyway with the concussion. We simply have to challenge this. The bloke did absolutely nothing wrong. People are trying to claim it was late and he punched in the head and that is just garbage. It was not late and he got the ball.I think you better get your head around the new rules regarding the act, intent and possible outcome of an action, then you will see why he copped 2 weeks and Krueger got 1.....

He got the ball, it wasn’t late and was in play. We have to challenge. You simply can not suspend someone because they hit their head on the deckCan’t complain about Maynard. Really silly act, particularly given it was a meaningless practice game. Hopefully he learns from this.
Krueger is unlucky.
Maynard clearly made contact with the players head which caused the incident. It’s about as cut and dry as it gets.He got the ball, it wasn’t late and was in play. We have to challenge. You simply can not suspend someone because they hit their head on the deck
And Kruger FMD is going for the ball then tried to protect himself and got knocked out. Yes it is 12 days to round one so there is a chance that he may of got singed off. But clearly the system is a mess when you suspend someone for one game that they would have automatically become unavailable for. Being a Collingwood player and playing ANZAC it is a probability when it falls mid week that you could be ruled out for two weeks with a concussion
Exactly, cop the 2 weeks and move onMaynard clearly made contact with the players head which caused the incident. It’s about as cut and dry as it gets.
And? The contact was negligible, the fact he hit his head on the ground is irrelevantMaynard clearly made contact with the players head which caused the incident. It’s about as cut and dry as it gets.
The contact was not negligible. The player was clearly impacted by the hit which is why he didn’t protect himself when he hit the ground. And? The contact was negligible, the fact he hit his head on the ground is irrelevant
What a surprise. He did nothing wrong. We simply must challenge this
Lol so the whiplash is a result of slight contactThe contact was not negligible. The player was clearly impacted by the hit which is why he didn’t protect himself when he hit the ground.
It was an undisciplined act that has been punished correctly.
I’m saying that Maynard’s contact with his arm was not negligible.Lol so the whiplash is a result of slight contact
If it isn’t for the whiplash when he hits the deck there is no case to answerI’m saying that Maynard’s contact with his arm was not negligible.
If it isn’t for the whiplash when he hits the deck there is no case to answer
Maynard initiative contact and the GWS player was concussed. That’s all that matters. If it isn’t for the whiplash when he hits the deck there is no case to answer
Oh really? Wow, I am amazed with your logic. So if Maynard didn't strike he would have still hit his head and self concussed himself? The objective of the AFL is to prevent head injuries and Maynard's action led to one. He has to learn to be more careful in future. And? The contact was negligible, the fact he hit his head on the ground is irrelevant
Well then the games dead, it’s simple enough if you don’t want to take any risks don’t play but shit happens you just overreacted because someone gets hurt. Off all the logic being presented Maynard should have still gone it it was just body contact. The AFL has ****ed up here and it’s on the club to take a standMaynard initiative contact and the GWS player was concussed. That’s all that matters.
He never punched anyone in the head like you claimedif he didnt wack a bloke in the head he wouldn't have a case to answer either.
The impact of concussion is probably the biggest issue facing the game. The AFL are taking action. In ten years time the game will look very different.Well then the games dead, it’s simple enough if you don’t want to take any risks don’t play but sh*t happens you just overreacted because someone gets hurt. You take an informed risk when you go out to play, if you are unwilling to risk your health go find a desk job. Part of the reason there pay is so high is to compensate them for the risks they takeThe impact of concussion is probably the biggest issue facing the game. The AFL are taking action. You can expect the occasional flailing arm in a pack to whack you, but Bruzzy stuffed up. When you're going for a standard mark in space , you shouldn't cop a swinging stiff arm to the head. You take an informed risk when you go out to play, if you are unwilling to risk your health go find a desk job. Starting every post with LOL is clever. You should keep it up. Also recommend that you persist railing against a 2 week suspension for a strike to the head that resulted in a player being KO'd. This type of penalty is quite simply unbelievable. It might be a first.Lol the hit did not knock him out. The club will challenge this. The AFL’s ruling here is pathetic
