I was thinking of emailing the club and suggesting they have a scout attend Heidelberg's training and games to keep a watchful eye on Sier.

But now you have suggested that I myself am in with a chance, and being mindful of that 'age shall not weary them' line, perhaps it's time to shake out a few grey hairs, invest in a pair of boots and let the club know that I will be ripe for the picking come mid season draft. Two hours of dog walking a day have allowed me to maintain a modicum of fitness. I just need to step up the training a bit with some kick to kick sessions (if I can find a partner) and a few jogs around an oval and I should at least be at Sier's fitness level in no time. Thanks for supplying the inspiration.

Heidelberg “allegedly” also found him a so called job.

Any news on my boy? I reckon he must have been starring at Heidelberg and is probably a good chance of being drafted mid-year to bolster the thin ranks of our inside mid division. Perhaps The Pies have persuaded the club to bubble wrap him and keep hidden from sight pending our bid on him in the draft.
