Came across this on FB and thought it was an interesting post and interested to see what others are like.

How many players in whole team (30) do you have with an Under 20 BE and how many do you have with a Plus 120 BE.

I have 11 players -20BE and 2 players +120 BE

17 x -20 B/E (19 if you count the ruck benchies on 26 B/E)
3 x 120+ B/E (Laird, Grundy, Gawn)

24 players with a B/E of 73 or less

17players with a break even under 20? Surely not. And 19 including your two 26'ers.

Hmm that seems way too high now that you mention it. 22/30 of my squad is B/E 52 or under though.

20 B/E or under (13)
Clark
Duursma
Lockhart
Wilkie
Libba
Walsh
Constable
Gibbons
Scott
Setterfield
Drew
Parker
Petruccelle

26-52 B/E (9)
Fort
Sweet

B Smith
Z Williams
B Crouch
Rockliff
Warpel
Newnes
Boak

13 under 20, 4 greater than 120. Over 120's is Gawndy, Crae Crae and Zerrett, so all keepers for me at this stage.

But I am missing all the good mid pricers, Libba, Worpedo, and may be cousins. There break even aint 20 but they will make awesome coin and points.

Another metric I find useful to look at (in conjunction with breakevens) is expected price change. Snapshot below (from footywire) shows the top 20ish players ranked in order of projected increase through the next game. I’m using it to help decide between Scrimshaw/Miers and Libba/Cousins/Scott. Note of caution in that I don’t know how projected scores are calculated, but it’s another layer of info worth utilizing for trades and trade planning.

Edit: the table has projected price through the next 3 games - also useful for planning.
