Our go to game is so defensively focused and our attack is compromised because of it... I wouldn't know how much of it is down to Lade when Hinkley and Bassett are robbing him of proper opportunity to coach his area.

Yep and Richo brought this from PA to STK and it is KILLING our development

Every one of our young players is told to work on their defensive game, and that is it.

Every review of Hammill in the VFL mentions players need to work on their defensive game.. no other comments.

No wonder players like Sinclair going backwards...
How about also working on strengths? On attacking? On getting the ball first? On picking targets

Just too much emphasis on defense has really dampened anything positive our young players bring
