I hope this doesn't happen, but, if Meds has another year like lastyear does anyone else see Mac possibly overtaking him? Just a thought, and touch wood it doesn't come down to that. I'm very interested in seeing how the Mac will evolve as his career and development goes further.

Yeah, now that you mention it, I can see McCarthy taking his spot if he fails to produce again. McCarthy is going to give his best shot given his pre-season. His disposal is superb and his courage beyond question. All he needs is a bit of luck with injury.
