Have heard the word that T-Bird has tweaked his hamstring and won't play tomorrow night :(

... Just our luck !! :thumbsd:

... we're going to be screwed down back !! (insert Greek joke here)

Oops .. I see it has already been reported ... so in that case - close the thread.

My opinion

Carrazzo/Milne....O'Hailpin/Kozzie......Jamison/Shnieder

Scotto..............Bower/Voldt..........Austin (Waites Roll)

Bring Harttlett in and start him up forward... If we are being chopped throw him back...

What do we have to lose...

Bring in the big men i say :thumbsu::thumbsu:

Big loss if correct but not the end of the world...

Austin and Hartlett must come in... Big chance for these two to show us what they have got, dont see Carlos being the answer down back...
These two have the versatility to play either end and Harts kicking out of defence could be fantastic in getting past the aints zone...

Lets hope Scotto was better for the run last week as we will need him in the sweeping role big time if T Bird is out!

Have always been a fan of T-Bird and if the injury is correct then it's a huge loss, especially with Waite already out and the Saints imposing forward line.

You'd imagine that either Hartlett or Austin would come in, preferably Aussie at this stage but I do think Hartlett deserves an "AFL chance" in the next few rounds

Would make our job almost impossible if Thorton was a late withdrawal from tomorrow nights game - guess we'll find out in 24 hours. Having said that though, could give another chance to Austin, or even give Hartlett one last crack at senior level.

Impossible is an opinion.

He can be named even if he isnt an emerg. but the club will just receive a small fine. Judging by the qaulity of player he will not be included as there is no reason to hide Harlett until the last minute.

Considering the team hasn't trained since the club released the team I can't see how Thornton could have injured himself. I don't see why the club would have named him if he is "supposedly" out for 3-4 weeks.

Lets not let fact get in the way of a good rumour now.

Scotland was named the other week and everyone knew he was going to pull out and he missed the next 2 games I think.
