Now you're talking my language, good work new school!

If you like your whisky (not whiskey) straight up on the rocks get yourself a bottle of Drambuie next time. :thumbsu:

Mate even though I drink more wine than scotch my favourite has always been the scotch on the rocks. problem being is, given ebough time i'll polish the whole bottle off (not good when trying to win at poker) but I love the stuff and since not many of my mates drink it without mixers I usually end up with all of it to myself.

I'll take your word for it and give drambuie a try but from reading a bit about it just then it seems to be that it's more a liqeur than a whisky, am i righgt in saying that? and what's this new school you talk of?

It's whisky with a hint of herbs and honey which gives it a bit of a sweet, smokey taste. Still 40% alcohol like other Scotches, it's not a wanky Kahlua/Midori type drink and still has that kick you expect from a straight whisky.

I call everyone younger than me new school, I get the impression you are late teens/early 20's.

Do you play poker at Burswood?
