Still doesn't equate. Merrett is forward because he goes into the ruck. Retzlaff can't go into the ruck can he??

I want Merrett down back but he is playing as our 2nd Ruck so to move him back we need to bring in someone capable of playing in the Ruck. Really keen to see Retzlaff get a game. He either comes in for Cornelius or doesn't fit in the side IMO

Sounds like Lisle played in the ruck (don't know how much of the game), he's the one to come in that would free Merrett to go back. Wouldn't mind a few more good performances for him

I think Retzy suffers by having one J. Brown playing in the spot he's most suited for - the long ranging CHF. I really hope we hold on to Retzlaff until that date, because out of our young talls he's the closest to someone able to slot in and play that role.

Merrett rucks 15-20% of the time. When he rucks you move McGuire to FB and Patfull to CHB as they are playing atm. Drummond plays as the third tall.

Patty K was the cleanest player out there despite being caked head to toe with mud from the first bounce.

The scoreboard didn't do justice to Broadie's efforts in the first half, but once we kicked a couple in the third, they lost discipline and went the knuckle.

The umpires were shocking.
