Rest assured, he'll get one too.

Oh ye of little faith.
Not really. I just shake my head at some peoples naivety/stupidity.
Once again you're the voice of reason. It's just like when all the chicken littles were saying we over paid for Tarrant, you saw through their stupidity and realised it was a smart trade that saw us win our first flag.
I'm glad he's here to tell us how to think.
Yeah, one you're demonstrably wrong, hideously wrong, embarrassingly wrong. And what did you say at the time??
Tarrant trade and Broughton trade.....what a comparison![]()
Yeah, one you're demonstrably wrong, hideously wrong, embarrassingly wrong.
For the other the jury's out. Maybe you'll pare one back!![]()
And what did you say at the time??
It doesn't matter, I've been wrong before and I'm sure I'll be wrong again. I just thought that if I pointed out your history you might learn some humility.
I may well be a bastard. But I am a bastard who is happy to admit when I am wrong!
.

Yes.Would you like me to point out to you the countless occasions where I have admitted that I am wrong??
My apologies for agreeing with what the market was prepared to pay for GB. Not.
Yes.
I don't have a problem with you having an opinion, I have problem with you calling others childish, naive, stupid, muppets, etc for disagreeing with your opinion on something so subjective.

I say, well spotted old chap! That seems like your problem, not mine.
I say, well spotted old chap!
My point is that you and the market have been wrong before, yet you still carry on like anyone who dares to disagree with your opinion is flat out wrong.
Oh yes, and I am the only one rolling my eyes at this.
The market cannot be wrong. The market is what it is.
My opinion is that railing at what was wanted against what was received is a pointless exercise.
It's not like it was a jewish fire sale, regardless of what some people think.
You can only be sure that you have achieved market value if you test the market properly. I think a few of us remain unconvinced that Bond tested the market properly, or even knows how to.
