I was almost going to ring 5aa tonight but chickened out. They said that the Crows are really lacking a small crumbing forward.

Well Bryce Campbell is your man. He is one of the best tacklers in the SANFL and hardly ever misses in front of goal.

Us Norwood supporters know how much of a gun this bloke is. I just want everyone else to see it to.

I really hope that Craigy reads these forums. Craigy please play him. Or drop Doughty this week as Norwood play South I think. You may then see them line up on each other on the Wing.

Campbell would tear him apart.

I really like the look of Cambpell. He is as tough as nails and has the skills to go with it. At the moment the only thing he is lacking is fitness. Ive seen him three times this year and every time he has been superb in the first half and died out of it in the second half. Apparently he was absolutely spent after the first half on Saturday and was tired in the second half. If he is to play AFL he has to be fitter than that. But once he is fitter i would definately have him in the crows side.

I agree with everything said above, I just think his competitive nature and workrate would be a huge benefit to the Crows. I really hope he gets a go.

I've not seen him play before, but typically our youngsters aren't given a huge workload in their first games (Knights, Vince, Griffin in recent memory). If fitness is a concern in the long term I wouldn't think it would be a reason not to get a few games into him with a lighter workload.

Yes, it is time to start giving these guys a go. Campbell is a quality player and a hard nut who will get in there and make a difference. He also has experience (much like Porplyzia when he came through last year) so could make a difference straight away. Just needs a chance!

Was named 2nd best for Norwood I see after a great game the week before. I think he'd be a great addition, we're missing a hard tackler like Bryce.
