Hooker won't go anywhere and Essendon won't make any decent trades this off-season. We rate our players too highly. We're too picky when it comes to trading our own players. I'd be shocked if Hooker or Monfries were traded.
Although, is there any chance that other clubs won't bother bidding for Daniher? I noticed that Dylan Buckley (a top under 17's player in the country) was taken by Carlton with their last pick because no one else bidded. I know it's a long shot but I'm hoping we get the same luck because then we'd be able to throw it our first pick with an average player. I highly doubt that it'll happen though.
Hard to see that happeneing.
Especially when the doggies, and brisbane are in desperate need of a forward, and both clubs have a pick before us

Daniher is rated within the top 5 of this draft, if Viney isn't nominated at pick 1 or 2 (which would remove Melbourne's pick 3, assuming they take him) you can guarantee that Melbourne will bid for Daniher at pick 3.

Caddy was also contracted last year as well, which meant that GC could be as barbaric as they wanted with their demands (they would only accept Hurley).

This year however, he is out of contract. With speculation of Tippett leaving, that brings in a potential three way deal with Adelaide.
It does but only if Essenden cough something up. My mail is the Hawks and Pies have also been in his ear so the 3 way trade may happen just not with Essendon.

Pears is putrid, judging on Friday.
Absolutely rubbish. And has clearly lost the faith of the coaching staff
If bad posts had a pool room, this would go straight into it.
Lets break your leg, surgically repair your foot, bruise an internal organ, break your arm, pull your hammie and then alter your running gait to reduce pressure on said fractured foot and then judge you on one game.
k?

As a defender in a team where the midfield conceded 30 more inside 50's than it made no less.

am I seriously seeing another thread about Essendon by a North supporter?

yep cos that's what you do, judge players on one game
Don't worry Lance, this thread was made purely tounge in cheek! As I've said I don't mind him, I just think its funny that he is being argued about on every single thread on the draft board.
