Ok we're about 2 months away from round 1 and I thought it would be fun to have punters make predictions on how the season will unfold.

1. Do you think we can play finals this year?
2. How many games to you expect us to win?
3. Where do you expect us to finish on the ladder?
4. Which 3 players do you expect to have breakout seasons?
5. Which 3 players are most in danger regarding their spots?

1. If everything went right I think we could, however I know thats not going to happen.
2. 7-9 games for mine
3. 11-15th
4. Morton Houli Farmer
5. Nahas Thursfield White

Note: This is an opinion thread. There are no right/wrong answers. So if someone makes a prediction that you don't agree with, don't get stuck into them about it, there are plenty of other threads where people can argue.

At least 8. 10 at the most

best 10th, worst 13th.

Cotchin, Houli, Morton. (honorable mention to Contin and Batchelor)

5. Which 3 players are most in danger regarding their spots?

Farmer, White, Thursfield

2. expect at least 7 wins minimum
3. anywhere above 15th
4. houli, cotchin, grigg

1. Do you think we can play finals this year? of course we can, but we wont, just not experienced, not enough big bodies to sustain it over a season. would have to be a freo like season but i dont think our young players are quite as good as theirs.
2. How many games to you expect us to win? 6-8.
3. Where do you expect us to finish on the ladder? 8 wins last season gave melbourne 12th place, so ill say 12th.

morton in his new role, houli rejuvinated and batchelor to show composure and smarts in his first season.

nahas, hislop and post/rance
