I know you have quite a few before him but if you didn't do you reckon he would be a premier midfielder?

Enquiring (avaricious) minds want to know

I believe he will. When Powell, Thompson and Harvey retire I believe BJ will go into the middle. He is a little out of sorts at the moment but I think it is more due to him not being able to settle into one position or role. At the moment he is being thrown to whichever spot needs some reinforcement which lately has been the backhalf.
I think in a few years he will try to mould himself into a Hird type player, meaning a player who is great onball and can go forward and kick goals. He is still only 20 and I think he has a very bright future.

we should get rid of him for a decent full-back. he's had a chance, but he hasn't proved himself. although he did look a bit promising playing a hudgie-role in the backline.

Goddard is the most immobile player ever! his turning circle barely makes the oval. good kick, ridiculously good kick in fact. but too slow and no agility.

agree. looks very slow in the midfeild. His decision making skills are the slowest ive seen.

His body and mind are too slow for a midfeild position.

I think he can become a midfielder. He has already build up a hell of
a lot in the last two years. Keep it up and he will be a good midfielder and maybe win a brownlow.
