Go into 'User cp', then 'Edit Options' and change the time zone to (GMT +11.00 hours)

Trouble is that by the time I get around to getting it fixed, a lot of people have altered their time zones. So after it is fixed it puts a lot of people out for a second time. Nowadays I try to keep up but sometimes it just never gets changed.
Best idea is just to change your time zone setting.

What about in Adelaide...you can't get it to the exact half hour? It has to be half an hour in front or behind

Well in Daylight savings my times were always 2 hours behind, which I got used to...the other day I had it on Adelaide, Darwin and it seemed half an hour slow...so I changed it, but when I just changed it back it seems alright...must of been my mistake somehow
