That's the key. Even D Jarman had a look at the goals before a snap. Bode often has more time than he thinks. His kicking has improved, as shown by his better set shots when he has to look at the goals.

I have to disagree with that. Every time Matty took a snap yesterday, he took a half step, planted the non kicking foot, looked for the goals and placed his kick. If you want to be critical of his accuracy (and I think 4.2 +1 OOB is not that foul), "he doesn't look" is not the place to start.

Bode missed some easy (costly) shots for goal .. but at least he is looking dangerous & if everyone was playing like him, it wouldn't be a problem.

Some players in our team are lucky still to be there.

Some very soft, disappointing efforts yesterday.

But as Craigy says we have to be resilient along with the players. Its the first final that really matters.
