Hammer will be interviewed one a week.

Hopefully there will be some early Wednesday morning sessions this year.

Went down to princes park for training this morning.

The boys were looking very sharp. Kicking was very accurate in the drills and there was a lot of intensity and talking.

Standout for me was Warnock. For a 206cm guy, he was certainly moving very well. Covered a lot of ground, took the ball very cleanly and has a nice kick for goal. He is also incredibly good at ground level for someone of his size. Should be a big year for him.

Hendo was looking very good and even stuck around at the end for some goalkicking practice. Would not be surprised at all if he's ready to go for round 1. Juddy also looked 100% to me.

Eddie Betts was very hard at the ball and Waite also looked very focused.

Matthew Watson makes me scared. His parents must have fed him growth hormone.

Hoops and Yarran ran laps - not sure if yarran has picked up a niggle?

Did he join in any main group training?
Last time I was at the ground, he did some stationary drills, but still looked very fit.
