You're employer and the vaccine company should be liable upon injury if they want to mandate it.
Currently you would be on you're own in that scenario.

Fair play to him.
If I wasn't threatened into getting vaccinated and losing my house, my children suffering, I wouldn't get vaccinated.

Liam is lucky, he's in a position where he can make these decisions, good on him!

Never hit 100% some of the protestors in city yesterday arent likely to get vaccinated.

Yes and that should be okay.
They are the ones taking the risk.

The way some are talking they would be okay with vaccination mandated at gunpoint.
And two tiered segregated societies based upon regular doses of vaccine and QR codes.
It's frightening the rhetoric of Australians lately.
Can we go back to 2019 ?

What do you think would happen at 100% vaccination rates?
Media would probably implode with no bogeyman anymore.

The Murdoch media industrial complex will come up with a reason that 100% vax rate is bad and blame Dan Andrews for it day in day out. You know this is true.

Nope

My coworker who acquired vaccine induced pericarditis would also be without an AFL career had they been a footballer. I suspect this thread will be revisited in time. Hi.

Why? They would've got a medical exemption.

Ah back in the day when I only ever had the whooping cough and flu vaccine and was considered to be a member of society, ah memories.

Now if you don't get vaccinated or have a view other than it must be mandatory, you're an anti vaxer.

Pro choice involves taking responsibility for your choices. If you choose not to get the vaccine, accept responsibility for the consequences of your actions. That’s the name of the game.

So you are saying they are sub-human?
Where would they live and how will they make a living?
Will they live on farms and live off the land?
What about ethnic groups and LGBTQ that don't take the vaccine?

Who decides what is logic and science?
Is Dr Fauci the one we should all listen to?

I have a question for all people who clearly are very passionate about the vaccines.
Why do you care so much about others choices if you are protected?
Isn't it them that is taking on all the risk?
Because I can’t catch it if you don’t have it and vaccinated people acquire it at somewhere between 10-22% of the rate (per latest stats) that unvaxxed do even removing the fact that someone unvaxxed is less likely to get tested.

Yes that “ 2 weeks to flatten the curve” over 18 months ago to build up staffing, resources and equipment in our hospitals didn’t seem to eventuate. With the amount of money governments have blown with covid there could of been billions pumped into our hospital system
If only it was that simple
Our hospitals were already understaffed pre pandemic and you can build all the beds and wards you want but they are useless if we don’t have people to work in them?

How exactly are we instantly going to train more nurses when it’s a 4 year degree? And longer for doctors

Will the government pay for damages for any serious vaccine reactions?
No? Then they can **** off.

Would you be okay with the same idea if a politician you didn't like (lets say Trump, Putin or Kim Jong Un) mandated it?
Many liberals including Kamala Harris said they would not take the ''Trump vaccine'' fast forward 12 months and they are the most rabid vaccine advocates.

Show me the evidence
I know of a ton of vaxxed people recently getting covid.

Nearly 90% of the population is vaxxed, be worth understanding statistics and relative proportions big guy

as for evidence how about nearly 600k Americans (CDC data or does that tighten your tinfoil too much)

You didn't answer the question?
So you would gladly take a Trump vaccine and be ok with people losing their jobs if they don't take a Trump vaccine?
Ok got it.

WTF are you even talking about. What’s a Trump vaccine? You mean the bleach injections and UV radiation treatments he thought were good ideas? Yeah sounds like a great idea

so Liam can sue the government if he gets an adverse reaction to a vaccination?

ok

can the government cancel his Medicare card make him pay full price if he ever gets hospitalised with COVID?

The very same ones we have now, i think he was particularly fond of Johnson and Johnson.
Operation warp speed.

Here's an example of what i mean

my god…….the vaccine doesn’t stop you getting COVID. it was never meant to do that.

what it does do it it minimizes the risk of you having to be hospitalized and or dying from it.
