Didn't see it, but wish I had!

Bit like my cat the other day...I was eating a vegemite and cheese sandwich, and there was a little bit left, and I was holding it in my hand. The cat was nearby and could obviously smell the vegemite - this cat eats anything and everything. Anyway, she stuck out her paw, and using her claws, grabbed the sandwich away from me and turned around so I couldn't get it, and proceeded to eat it! Damn little bitch

You wouldn't be saying that if you had a long-haired german shepherd the size of a horse like I do. 5 mins in the house takes 2 hrs to clean up.

Poor dog, we'll have to put him down soon. Has some bone disease, and the medicine has done so much damage to his liver we can't give him anymore of it.

So sorry to hear that your dog is so ill, couldn't you put up with a little hair in the house to make the time he has left, warm & comfy?

Know the feeling. We had to have our 15 year old cat put down two days ago - she had some disease in her nose, and it had eaten it away...it was more like a big hole, a huge fleshy (smelly) mess. Our aunt who is a vet suggested it would be best, as she was in a lot of pain, so we had it done... At least she's in no more pain.
