We started something with Vozzo and Scott. Had a bit of a correction at the end of year two and we have changed our draft focus a fair bit. The foundation is in place.

Bartel would be great. Has some experience as an administrator, well spoken and obviously has the runs on the board as a player

Out of those two, it'd have to be Bartel. Just can't have another hird plant, sorry Jobe, getting the gig. Embarrassing wouldn't go close to covering it.

Or the Essendon way would be for Teddy Richards to take the job and leave the board.

And then we could add Jobe Watson to the Board as his replacement.
