Been saying it.

Both Cox and Cameron are unnecessary. Especially now mcstay is back

The one ruck model with either mcstay or Frampton as back up allows more flexibility and more runners come game day

WHE with his 3 touches in 1.5 qtrs as sub was clearly a game changer too 🙄

Give Ginnivan, Johnson or young Harrison another go. Need the additional X factor

Edit: Hill back in

We're not going to play Howe as a permanent forward. It was just a late positional change that worked because Carlton didn't expect it. Exact same thing happened with Moore a year or two ago against Brisbane or West Coast
With how poor he's been as a defender, it would be negligent to not look at it. His complete lack of run and inability to effect marking contests killed us with him in the defensive half.

Yeah, its not worth looking at a 33yo who kicked 3 goals as a forward, rather than keeping him down back where game clearly gone past him back there.

Has to be at least tried for a few weeks. See how Frampton goes down back. Just not sure on how to solve the 2nd ruck problem

Coxy goes through bad patches that are very bad. His form comes and goes very quickly when he is not 1st ruck. I wouldn’t be worried if Cameron was injured and Cox was 1st ruck but at the moment neither are really doing a lot. Yes I’m a Cox fan and will always stick up for him but AJ must come in.

The Howe move was a surprise no one saw coming, Clubs will adapt to it and plan for it now.

He looked good up there
Yes.

Not something I’d persist with though for this reason. It’s never really been his best position, and I don’t think it’ll suddenly become now. Let’s keep this one as a smash glass option- potentially handy like that I think.

Out: Cox, Lipinski,
In: Frampton, Hill

Howe forward, Frampton full back to release Moore.

If we opt to keep Howe back, then Johnson in instead of Frampton.
Agree with these changes. Frampton makes so much sense structure wise, allows Moore to peel off & intercept which sets up our slingshot running game.

Lipinski looks slow.

JDG had an almost game tonight, we need him to lift!

Lipinski fan but enough is enough. Cox dismal again. Both of them out please.

In: Frampton, Hill

B: Brayden Maynard - Billy Frampton - Nathan Murphy
HB: Isaac Quaynor - Darcy Moore - John Noble
C: Josh Daicos - Tom Mitchell - Steele Sidebottom
HF: Beau McCreery - Brody Mihocek - Bobby Hill
F: Jamie Elliott - Dan McStay - Jeremy Howe
R: Darcy Cameron - Nick Daicos - Jordan De Goey
I: Scott Pendlebury - Jack Crisp - Oleg Markov - Will Hoskin-Elliott
Sub: Taylor Adams
Cox was on the ground for total of 39 minutes ! What can a lumbering ruckmand do in that time ? Cameron was on for 102 minutes !
