God knows who comes in for SPP, none of the obvious contenders were even passable this week. Maybe Liddy comes in with some reshuffling. Just anybody but ****ing Mead please.

Liddy for SPP. The only reasonable option of those who played today. Was good early. Faded but there simply are no alternatives worthy.

Lord for Visentini. Last chance saloon maybe for Lord. Encourage him to play second ruck too.

Lai for Ratugolea. Didn’t love him today but Evans was worse IMO. We don’t have a like for like for Esava as Ramm’s not ready yet.

Seriously consider the Soldo for Sweet thing. Sweet just doesn’t give us any advantage.

Liddy and Moraes have to be the first two cabs off the rank. Bergman probably needs be in defence. Lord/finlayson if we need another tall.

If i was picking for the now, id send Bergman back to cover Rat, but we need to persist with Bergs in the middle. So I think Evans just comes in.

Visentini isnt really a loss. Just bring in Lord or Finlayson and we're in a better spot. Lord probably from the youth perspective is the clear choice.

Entirely on the ruck coach, simply not good enough. Getting your hands on it is supposed to be the hard part, but Sweet does it comfortably most weeks.

I want Berg in the middle, but there is no one else aside from a very raw Ramm and while West Coast's tall forwards aren't fully developed yet, it's still a big ask for someone like Ramm to play at this stage.

I would be all in for Lord if it means his trade value goes up at season's end.

As for SPP, no one is really demanding to be selected in that spot. Port needs some much needed goal kickers but they either can't kick to save their lives or can't get anywhere near it the footy.

Ramm is good overhead. Took a few good marks.Thought he got out-positioned a couple of times by a more experienced opponent but he'll learn.

He was superb yesterday. Not just his own performance, looked invested and involved on a team level. Deserves a go.

One of Hinkley's shameful legacies is playing dead wood in dead games before seeing that dead wood being delisted at the end of the dead season. Selecting Finlayson would be comical, but typical.
