Not that the team sheet means anything, but Visentini on the field, Sweet on the bench is normally a sign.

Interesting that Sinn and Burgoyne are both on the bench.

Opposition fan here - just wanting to get a sense of whether Burgoyne is back in or not? Fantasy related! :tearsofjoy:

If Dante is named on the ground pretty sure it means he’s playing. Only bench can be dropped.

Doesn’t mean much in the scheme of things, but it’s interesting to see Rozee named in the forward line. Instead of centre or followers.

I’m not sure what the rules are…. But the Geelong style last minute change has pretty much spread to every club.

Or “player withdrawn” from the squad.

to tell you the truth…. This team doesn’t mean much at all.

Jason Dunstall just calling Jed a 'special player' for the role he did on Stewart last week, Jason knows his stuff!

You sure he didn't call him a "special" player?

This after Chad Cornes described him as "just the ultimate" and David King, Garry Lyon and Jimmy Bartel among others heaped the praise on him.

Still waiting for approval from Schulzenfest and backtozero before the lid comes off though.

there is obviously a propaganda campaign going around to shut us up and make people think Jed McEntee is more useful than the Nintendo 64 Memory Paks

He was singing Jed's praises well before the Geelong game. Its funny to listen to the game's second highest goal scorer sing the praises of a forward who averages less than a goal every three games.

He got under Stewart's skin. Kudos. Is still so ineffectual in almost every aspect of the game I would rather explore several options over having him in our team. Has probably only earned a reprieve because of SPP's injury/suspension.

So naturally Ken will keep picking him for the rest of his coaching tenure.

Four tall forwards and two full time rucks??? Surely there is no way Visenti and Sweet play if Finlayson and Dixon are also in the team.

Nah he did play his role well last week and achieved the objective for the team, it's just something with a short shelf life if there is absolutely nothing else to your game.
