We have to beat good Vic teams in Vic esp. at the MCG before people start calling for a flag.

If an interstate team finishes top 2 then the only time they're likely to play a Vic team in Melb is in the GF. Hopefully we get an all interstate grand final soon so this won't be an issue.

Simpson just announced - FMac, Ainsworth and Ah Chee in for NN, Shuey and Petrucelle (anckle).

Damn, both teams have a lot of players out injured so this will be a hard one to tip. If we can pinch this game, then assuming we also beat the saints, we're at worst 8-3 going to the bye with key players having missed games injured. If we can get most of them back shortly after the bye then we're well setup for the second half and pushing for top 4.

Personally i thought Pet was a raw prospect of a player but was given a go and showed he can handle it. It wouldn't be a stretch for a player like Bayok to come in and play as a pressure small forward?
