After thinking all week here's what I'd like to see.

Young for Achee.

Young to the HFF, Boak to the middle.

Howard for Hartlett

Howard to FF, Trengove to CHB, Hombsch to loose man in defence

Atley for Toompas.

We might lose a bit of outside run but we gain a genuine footballer and a competitor.

Neade for Robbie Gray.

Robbie either needs a rocket or a rest. Either way our structure is better with Howard as a marking target and Neade as a crumber than Gray trying to do both. He can stay out til he is capable of being a high half forward.than gets up and down and runs and chases and pressures.

Yep. This board is continually asserting that we have to drop underperformers and bring up those who are in good form in the SANFL. That's until Neade performs well for a number of weeks. Then, it is pre-melts and screams of 'NOT HIM!!!!111!!!11!'.

Harsh. I think he is coming along nicely. His main area for improvement is getting that penetrating kick, rather than that dinky short kick he, and a lot of players, seem to use.

I don't think speed, and skill are his issues.

He just seems scared all the time. He is so worried about making a mistake that he panics whenever he has the ball and gets rid of it as fast as he can.

correct. I just think he has zero weapons. Id rather Atley, Drew, Bonner etc and a whole host of others get games before him again.

Well that's wrong. What we need to do is bring in players that will make us better. Form is only one part of that.

Neade might be in form but he doesn't make us better. ergo, shit selection. Same for other proven duds like Toumpas and Arch.

But let's see what the coaches come up with tonight. Maybe they'll surprise us with Atley or Drew.
