They might not let him play but if we loose this week then we will certainly need him against the must win Adelaide game. If we win this week then both Macgovern and Schofield can rest until the finals.

Technically we'll still want to win next week to hold on to second. Home qualifying final is a big deal, even if it's against the Hawks.

We need to win all 3 to stay top 2 - which is our best shot. I agree give him another week if there's any doubt, but can't afford to rest players v Adelaide - even if we win this week

Tommy Barrass will not be able to handle Tex Walker, we need at least one of McGovern or Schofield back next week

No point if they aren't fit

Better to finish 3rd with both available then 2nd with one injured

Listening to Vozzo's injury report it seems Macgovern is a chance this week - said it is up to Macgovern to decide whether he plays or not; doubt he will play though. If we win this week top 4 is assured and we can then rest players before the finals in the next 2 games.
Rest players so we come 3rd and end up having to play the Hawks at the MCG? No thanks

If we win against the Dogs lowest we can finish is 4 so we may get a home final after all and I am confident we can comfortably beat Fremantle with a full team. If we loose this week we can slip to 5th if don't we win next 2. I really want to finish top 4 given the year we had.

LeCras straight swap for Masten
NicNat straight swap for Lycett
Cripps I expect to play
Schofield replacement a tuffy. Barrass for height or Nelson for run. Or do we go left field and bring in another midfielder or forward.
Colledge. Newman, Lamb, Lucas????

Chance to finish 3rd though, which is then an away final first week. We're better off winning our remaining 3 games, and we're capable of doing that.

I also don't think we need to rush back defenders to win though. Our team defense is going well and we can beat Adelaide in a shoot out.

Barrass surely gets a game. We have enough runners.

Yeah Nic will play, looks like cripps might too. Few pics of Brophy, and they singled him out in a pic on twitter, am I reading too much into that? Any chance for a rookie upgrade? How does it work with the catB rookies?

If they were it would have been mentioned earlier today by the AFL when they did it for WB.
