I would make 2 Changes:

In:Wood MaCaffer

Out: Bryan Wellingham

I thought Wellingham was very good, despite only having 12 disposals. I thought there were definitely players who deserve to be dropped before him.

I'd say:

OUT: Bryan, Cook (very unlucky though..)
IN: Wood, Macaffer.

Stanley would also be in contention, but I think Obree will come straight in.

I don't know who I'd change. I'd love to see Stanley get a go, but most likely if O'Bree's alright, he'll be selected. Cook had an alright game. Goldsack and Toovey, I thought, exceeded this week in comparison to last week's game, so I would keep them in the side. I think with some of the young kids, if they're playing alright, keep them in so they do find their feet. I didn't see anything that would suggest Goldsack and Toovey would be dropped.

In: O'Bree(if totally fit), McCaffer
Out: Toovey, Wellingham

Want to see more young blokes in that side, would not mind if Stanley got a game, but Cook and McCarthy deserve another game, so I cant see who else would get dropped.

Need O'Bree back, that Midfield will struggle without his consistency and experience.

goldsack didnt get a truckload of the pill but he has grunt. 7 tackles is a great effort, will not be dropped

I thought the same thing. Didn't get the ball a lot, but did some monster tackles.
Toovey was good (better than usual), and I thought Bryan did ok as well. I maybe wouldn't swap him for Wood unless Wood was absolutely outstanding and couldn't ignored.

No Changes...leave O'Bree out.

MaCaffer kicked 8 in the VFL and is consistantly in the best... he kicked 8!

Bryan rucked more effectively than Fraser... he cant be dropped. toovey played well in the tagging role??????

Id say MaCaffer in, McCarthy out (unlucky but 18 years old, will get his chance again soon).

Out: Cook, Toovey, Bryan
In; MacAffer, Stanley, Wood

Stanley direct replacement for Cook. Anthony drops to the backline and MacAffer plays as a forward. Wood and Bryan are obviously a direct swap.

Toovey was solid, unlucky to be in my changes.

Agree with that, Bryan be useless the last few weeks, and MaCaffer kiicking 8 out of 11 goals should get a run.

Wold not surprise to see Brodie Holand get a run soon. He was back in form in the VFL last weekend (not sure how he went on Saturday), and we need his tagging ability. I think he'll get a gig before Rd 22.

Broke his hand... already a tribute thread. He's finished by the sounds of things.

Hard one. No one really deserves to be dropped, but with Stanley, O'Bree and MacAffer all pushing for selection, surely there would be a change or two.

If MacAffer was to come in, i'd like to see Anthony swung down back. I would love to see Stanley come in for Cook (stiff), but more realisticly, if O'Bree is ok, he'll play.

I don't mind if Stanley, O'Bree or MacAffer were to come in, but i'm hoping MM sticks with the young guys (really only Johnson can come back anyway, so pretty good chance we'll see more of our future).

Don't want any changes. Cook, Dawes and McCarthy all need another chance, can't drop them after 1 game. Toovey and Goldsack haven't put a foot wrong the last couple of weeks. Bryan looked better this week, maybe the only one I'd consider dropping.

I don't see the need to make any changes other than to maybe share around the "chances".
I would like to hear the boys are eating "raw meat" this week and are determined to exact some heavy revenge for Port's past arrogance and general annoyance the last 5-6 years.

Eat em alive Pies.

I'd agree with

Out: Wellingham, Bryan, Goldsack.

In: Maccafer, Wood, Stanley

Shaz has had a decent run in the ones, good exposure, seemed to have flatened out a bit which can be expected from a youngster with such a slight frame will get a run again in the near future but I think the rest will be good for him.

Bryan has been average last couple of weeks and going with the whole youth thing in Wood out Bryan.

Anthony to go back Maccafer to go foward and Goldsack out. Simply put long term I still think anthony is more back then foward, I have said all along i just don't think he has the weapons as a foward, other then his great kicking, as a back he will add verstality and rebound.

The only change I would make would be:

OUT: Toovey

IN: Stanley or O'Bree.

Macaffer has been brilliant and would no doubt be next in line for selection but I just can't see where he can fit in at the moment.

Cooky I thought was quite good on the weekend. He has plenty of zip and he throws himself in to the contest for a young man. We cannot keep bringing young players in for 1 game and then drop them the following, especially after they were quite good. Ditto Wellingham, J-Mac and particularly Goldsack- who may have only had single-digit numbers but his defensive skills were as good as I've seen.
