My brother is pretty good friends with Charmo and there was talk about him getting traded last year, but he signed a 3 year deal.

Voss and Him do not get on very well are a business deal went wrong that he vossy and lynch were involved in.

I wouldnt mind him, but he does give away alot of stupid free kicks

Just got off the phone to my brother who spoke to Jamie.

There is alot of things riding on it. There is a possibility a trade will come into it, but charmo didn't want to talk about it.

It would be awesome if he come, knowing someone in the Richmond lineup....

One thing i do know is, him and Richo were in the same room during the Vic v All Stars game and got on really well. He even wrote about it in the Brisbane MX paper.

Reminds me of Stafford, but at 27 his body could be an issue by 2011 (due to his bash n' crash style).

If Brisbane were to trade Charman, especially with our ruck weaknesses (Leuenberger is a great kid but if Charman left he would be the ONLY pure ruck on the list), the words "1st round pick" would be a minimum...

Cameron Wood was a 1st round pick trade last season. Charman is that far in front of him it's ridiculous.

This provides a hint as to what would be need to be provided to obtain Jamie Charman from the Lions. You would need to give up something seriously good, which maybe why there would be a lot of 'things riding on it', as per lvt.
This would only leave us with Leunberger as a genuine ruckman on our whole list.

Yep, you would need to offer something mindblowing which is highly unlikely.

How does that make us insecure? That's terrible psychology, even by internet standards.

Every offer so far has been ridiculous mate. Charman would be one of our first players picked every week.

Polo, Pettifer and Raines only managed 14 games between them this year. Why would we trade our contracted , premiership winning, number 1 ruckman for one of these guys who can't even make your side.
