Cheer Squad

It is absolutely bloody useless trying to get anyone to cheer in the ****ing cheer squad.

I was standing up turning around and telling everybody to get up we wanna play in a Grand Final.

They all look at me like I am a weirdo and stare with blank faces....while remaining seated....this is the cheersquad FFS!!!!!!

Then after the game, this is what was most PISSWEAK.

They started cheering Adelaide and doing the chant and all standing up. WTF. I turned around and said "WHY THE **** CAN'T YOU DO THAT DURING THE GAME".

OMG it's so frusrating.

Our cheer squad (bar a few VERY loud people, you know who you are and well done) are a disgrace.

It was sooooooo much better at the Bulldogs game at the MCG mate.

You were awesome getting the crowd up.

There needs to be a rule with our cheer squad....you actually need to ****ing cheer!!!!!

On tele the crowd was pumping first qtr but in the last 3 qtrs they seemed to just die. The commentators were making note of it alot saying this is the loudest they have heard and then all of a sudden the noise just stopped. It was weird.

When the crowd noise started to die down a little when the Eagles hit the front, the great man VB walked past our bay, turned to the crowd and gave us a bit of a rev up. Waved his arms around and said something about 'come on guys, make some noise'

It was so frustrating in the last qtr, everyone just went slient. In the first half i coulnd't hear myself shout, but in the last qtr it felt like there were only a few people cheering.

Don't you think the responsibility for making noise at the ground should be for ALL Crows fans not just those that work hard behind the scenes to make the banner? They don't have exclusive licence to make chants or noise. EVERY single person that supports the Adelaide Crows that goes to the games has the responsibility to make as much noise as possible. Relying on (and blaming) a small bunch of people when there are 50,000 others is just ridiculous.

They need to motivate more of the people around them, not capitulate

I thought the members were awesome...but the cheer squad (bar me of course, and a few others) is absolutely pathetic.
