He, Astbury, Helbig, Arnot and Elton are just simmering along nicely in that developing depth bracket. I'm really excited by our recent recruiting, to think we have players like O'Hanlon who just cruise along unnoticed now where they would have been the next 'great white hope' in recent times. Less pressured development, great to see

We are finally in that stage of our development where we have talented and up and coming players who simply have to learn their trade in the 2s instead of being thrown to the wolves. If they get called up its because they are bashing the door down rather than us being desperate for a player.

Yeah it's funny he is a player we seem to forget about. Curse of being the PSD pick after the likes of Cousins, Houli & Grimes perhaps?

Love the way Choco is bringing the kids along. Not only is he working with them on the field but also getting them to take more of an active role off the field.

Everybody knows the - Delidion,Cotchin,Riewoldt,Martin,Foley,Rance,Vickery,Newmans of the RFC

But the players that will decide exactly how good we will become and how sustainable it will be are the likes of
Conca,Ellis,Vlastuin,Batchelor,Helbig,McBean,McIntosh,Elton,O'Hanlons of the club.

Thats where Chocco comes into the picture - Really loving what Chocco brings to the table with his Emotion,Enthusiasm,Motivation & Mongrel

Can't wait to see this kid in the big time. He's my favourite of the guys we drafted last year.

That said, my favourite from the previous draft was Gibson Turner so I'm keeping a lid on it!

McDonough should benefit from being allowed to develop in the VFL, where he can improve and gain confidence. He sounds like he has the potential to be a really exciting player, capable of doing some special things. Versatility is also a very handy thing for a player to have.
