Knights is a very good player and the crows will flatly refuse to trade him.

Adelaide have already stated they wont lose their first pick and think our asking price will be masively too high.

SO no wont happen, closer to the teams expectations if we trade him but not likely

not maligned, but is a reasonable source of frustration for cow supporters as his disposal lets him down and has had a couple of injury plauged seasons

they woudl decline the first rounder as they are offering a first team player up.

Yes he is a turn over merchant (like we need more) but Craig rates him highly

didak is a better player and is worth more then chris knights but that trade is unrealistic. you have got to be kidding yourself if you think that knights + a first rounder = didak.

I dont think adelaide would trade knights because he is a good young midfielder that is already in their best 22 and will only get better. plus if they traded him in this years draft they would not recieve his full value.

Massively over rated and not what we need at all. I think I said most of this when people where speculating going after him last season.

His a big bodied player but not a natural inside player, he is a very poor kick. He gets inflated stats because the Adeliade chip, chip, sideways backwards handball happy game plan. They over posses the ball and as a result most of their midfielders average very very high possesions but hardly have to win any of them.

Knights is a good player, Didak is an out and out star. On paper it seems like a fair trade with the pick but i hate the idea of dids not being there next year

b. the best kick in our side
c. best player in our side in this point in time
d. turns back the clock, daicos style

we know what we have with didak so just accept that his gonna be at the club next year

Adelaide have stated they will not trade their first pick,and you know what they can keep it.

Didak will be kept,and if we recruit smart during the national draft we can pick up 2 good midfelders,and top up with cousins.
Kerr i reckon will stay an Eagle,or if that doesn't work out he has openly said that he wants to play with Judd at the blues.

no bigger indication of knights being a butcher is the fact that he once got 32 possessions and a supercoach score of 57.

im not a big fan of supercoach points as a stat but surely this is the greatest glimpse into his woeful skill level.

does get alot of it though!! abit like our other butchers!

I would call Mitchell or Franklin fantastic users of the ball. Nor Osbourne or Sewell.

But they are all not butchers of the ball. I reckon we dont have to recruit someone with fantastic ball skills...as long as they are not horrible.


I'd much prefer someone who puts their head over it, wins the ball and doesnt have a high clanger count than another soft outside runner who can kick a goal from 60, but doesnt get it enough and has no defensive pressure.

No chance Adelaide would go for it, and Kerr would have to tell WC that there's no chance of him staying if they were to agree to 10+11 for him.
