How resillient are the Hornets? We extend our record to 23-11, after sweeping our back-to-back west coast road trip against the two highest scoring teams in the league.

This team is for real. We have now beaten the Suns twice this season, and the Hornets will have to go in with a lot of confidence if the two meet over a seven game series.

Lakers at home next, hopefully with West to return.

Paul with 28/10 w 3 steals
Chandler with 19/11
Peterson with 22/7 and five treys
Peja 23/6
Pargo 19/2/5

Stunning performance, stunning team.

I can't believe we beat the Suns in Phoenix without West. I think we got a bit lucky though with Pargo and Mo Pete scoring well. A massive 7 points from our bench too!

I've been away for almost a week so I have nfi whats been going on apart from the scores, I know West was injured but why didn't Butler play?

We've beaten Dallas this season (which is HUGE) and Phoenix twice this season already, Im so pumped for the rest of the year, if only we were on TV at all.

Apparently Butler and a scrub may will be traded for some bench help. There are guys around the league that can get us 8-12 a night without a problem, and thats exactly what we need off the bench.

The alley-oop (well 1 of many) from Paul to Chandler against the Warriors was one of the flipping nastiest 1-hand jams Ive ever seen, and Chandler gave the best reaction just looking stunned.

I swear I watched it like 8 times, got better everrrrry time.

**** yeah

I have a stack of New Orleans this year. I love the game that they play. Chris Paul is incredible. Definetely one of my 3 favorite guys running around in the league today.
I'm loving this season. Portland killing it, Hornets doing very well, Orlando doing well and the Heat looking for for the draft and KD looking a gun. Lovely.

Time for the quarterly CP3 v Deron debate, after both had impressive games.

CP: 24pts, 16asts, 5 stls, 4 rebs
DW: 22pts, 10 assts, 2 rebs, 4 TO's

After we got pumelled last time, EVERYONE came out and said Deron was the better player, tonight the reverse and the same argument will continue.

Im happy just to say we have the better record and the W not to mention David West outplayed Boozer, who cares about comparisons.

That debate has been dead for the majority of the year. Paul is markedly better.

I'm not sure who "EVERYONE" is - I'm sure many have said that Williams owns Paul h2h, which he has, but I doubt anyone would be making the case for D-Will as the better player after Paul's 2007-08 season.

Let's see how he performs against a much classier and brilliant defensive team. It's the best young PG in the league against the "Oh, it's Playoffs, better perform" PG.
