Yes the game was released on Steam worldwide March 10th. Not to mention mod support is superb through the Steam Workshop.this game is on the EB games pre-order list... are people downloading off stream or something?
Downloaded this game last night and it has been frustrating me how much it lags and how slow its running, searched the web this morning to find out any fix. Found out that the game only recognises the integrated graphics so I had to go to my NIVID control panel and change the setting for the game in there, but even after doing that the game still runs slow especially when I have to use the mouse for the camera because it takes me where I don't want it too due to the lagging. even changing the settings to the lowest quality in game does nothing.
I don't think its my graphics card even though its about three years old (GeForce 210) I have other games like the SIMS 4 running perfectly for example.
Its a shame really because the game looks good from what i've played.
Any suggestions what I should do? or if I do need a new graphics card any recommendations?
If its a GeForce 210...Well, yeah.
Check out this site for some comparisons:

The minimum requirements to run the game state a Nvidia Gtx260 or equivalent. Recommended is GTX660, I have a GTX550ti and it runs fine for me so far with a big city. Upgrading would be the best option for you otherwise reduce the in game graphics to low-medium setting.Downloaded this game last night and it has been frustrating me how much it lags and how slow its running, searched the web this morning to find out any fix. So which one will you recommend that isn't to expensive and will run pretty good? note I don't play much PC games only the odd simulation types, football mangers etc..

That's a pretty shitty GPU so I'd certainly upgrade, but have you got the resolution cranked to the lowest as well? It's not a very demanding game.
Whats your Price range? And do you know if you have the PCI-Express 3.0 slot on your computer?
My price range will be around no more then $150-$160, not sure if I have a PCI express 3.0 have to check, I brought the computer early 2012.
You should have 3.0 then, 2.0 at a stretch. MSY is the cheapest place to get good quality cards.
$105 for a 2G GT 740 Asus DDR3, which compared to your 210:

To put it simply, the GT740 is benchmarked at a 749% increase in performance over the 210. The comparisons speak for themselves.
